Giveaway Rules & Eligbility
Eligibility
- Only one submission per person is allowed. Once entered, your submission will remain active in the giveaway pool until selected as a winner, so there is no need to re-enter each month.
- Friends, family members, and significant others may also enter separately, but each entry must use its own valid Instagram account and contact information.
- Participants must be following the official Sir Kornflakes by yuè Instagram account at the time winners are selected.
- Giveaway is open only to residents of North America or individuals who are able to securely receive deliveries within North America.
- By entering, participants confirm that all submitted information is accurate and belongs to them.
Winner Selection
- First winner selections will be on June 30 2026.
- Winners will be selected at the end of each month.
- Winners are selected completely at random from all eligible entries.
- Selected winners will be contacted using the submitted Instagram username and/or email address.
- Prize selection is determined by the organizer. Winners may receive either a plush set or a pin set depending on the monthly drop.
- Once selected as a winner, your entry will be removed from future giveaway pools to help give other community members a chance to win.
- If a selected winner does not respond within 7 days of contact, an alternate winner may be chosen.
- All winner selections and organizer decisions are final.
- Winners are responsible for providing accurate shipping information for prize delivery.
Disqualification Rules
- Any violation of these rules may result in immediate disqualification.
- The organizer reserves the right to remove or reject entries suspected of spam, fraud, fake accounts, automated submissions, or attempts to manipulate the giveaway process.
- Incomplete, unreadable, duplicate, or misleading submissions may not be considered valid entries.
- Attempts to bypass entry limitations using multiple accounts, identities, or false information may void all associated entries.
- Harassment, abusive behavior, or inappropriate conduct toward the organizer or community may result in removal from current and future giveaways.
General Protection & Privacy
- Submitted information will never be sold or shared with third parties.
- Participants will only be contacted if selected as a winner.
- Official winner communication will only come from the official Sir Kornflakes by yuè Instagram account or the official email address (hello@byyue.co).
- Please be cautious of impersonators or scam accounts claiming to represent the giveaway.
- This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with Instagram or any other third party platform.
- The organizer reserves the right to modify, pause, or cancel the giveaway at any time if necessary.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Organizer is not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged packages once shipment has been handed over to the carrier.
