Refund policy

Please note that once an order is submitted it cannot be merged with previous or new orders. Orders that have already been shipped from our facilities cannot be canceled. Please contact our Customer Experience team at support@byyue.co if you would like to check the status of your order.

 

EXCLUSIONS

Physical and digital gift cards, piercing service fees, and other service fees are not included in the promotion.

 

COMBINING DISCOUNTS

A 25% discount (or higher) cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers, promotions, referral credits, ambassador discounts, review credits, or any other form of price reduction.

 

RETURN GUIDELINES

All returned products must be in their original, undamaged condition with tags attached (if applicable), showing no signs of use or wear, and with their original packaging intact. Please ensure your order is returned in its original packaging and shipped in the same box or a smaller one—oversized or large boxes are not permitted. Items purchased as a set must be returned as a complete set; individual components of a set cannot be returned separately.

Engraved or monogrammed products cannot be returned or refunded at any time. Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Returns that do not meet our guidelines may be declined at our sole discretion.

 

STANDARD RETURN POLICY

We provide free 30-day returns for all U.S. customers with the return window beginning on the delivery date.

We (by yue) do not accept unauthorized returns and such items will be returned to sender without us (by yue) bearing any liability or responsibility for any associated loss.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

Shipping fees are non-refundable. The fee will be deducted from your refund amount for returns subject to a return fee. We (by yue) partner with third-party delivery and courier services for website orders and is not responsible for shipments marked as delivered by the courier but not received by the customer.

 

RETURNING GIFT PURCHASES

We offer store credit for returned gift orders. An order number is required.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not currently offer exchanges online.

 

MISTAKENLY RETURNING A NON-BY YUE ITEM

Due to logistics and customs restrictions, by yue cannot return non-by yue items mistakenly sent to us.

 

INCLUDING THE AUTHENTICITY CERTIFICATE IN YOUR RETURN

The authenticity certificate establishes the standards for sustainable practices in the grading and trade of natural jade and is specific to each piece. Without this certificate, the jade loses its validity and value. Any jade returned without the authenticity certificate will be sent back to the customer.

 

UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS

We (by yue) reserves the right to refuse any unauthorized returns, including but not limited to personalized or final sale items, and to return said items to the sender. We (by yue) is not responsible for return shipments that are rejected, re-directed or abandoned and will not issue a refund for the underlying item(s).

In the event that we (by yue) identify an atypical pattern or practice of excessive returns or abuse of its return policy, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future returns or use of our website (or any portion thereof).
