We take pride in crafting high-quality, handcrafted jewelry designed to last. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a one-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects or issues caused by workmanship.

Please note that our warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear—including scratches, tarnishing, or fading of metals and gemstones—damage from improper care (such as exposure to chemicals, water, or excessive force), or any modifications made by third parties outside of by yue.

To submit your warranty claim please contact us via email at support@byyue.co and provide your order id.

By submitting a warranty claim, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• You will need to send the affected product to us for a quality assurance review and testing if your warranty claim is approved.
• If the item is in stock, and your warranty submission is approved, you will receive a replacement of the same item.
• If the item is not in stock due to inventory limitations or discontinuation, you will be issued a store credit equivalent to the purchase price of the original item.
• No refunds or exchanges will be provided for a different item, size or material.
• Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of byyue.co (http://byyue.co) and/or by yue stores or pop-ups) may be subject to a different warranty policy. Please check the details from where the item was purchased.
• Leveraging a third party repair service will void by yue’s warranty. By yue does not accept warranty claims with post-purchase modifications.
• Items received from a promotion or campaign may be excluded from our warranty policy.

We provide free 30-day returns for all U.S. customers with the return window beginning on the delivery date.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. The fee will be deducted from your refund amount for returns subject to a return fee.

Tracking numbers are sent automatically once your order is packed. After the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, the tracking number will provide information about your order. This may take a few hours, and if the order is packed over the weekend, the tracking information will be updated on the next available business day.

While our team works diligently to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or update your order upon request. Please contact our Customer Experience Team, and we will do our best to assist you.

For monogrammed and engraved items, once the order is placed, we are unable to cancel or modify it.

If your order is not processed by the estimated shipping date, our Customer Happiness team will reach out to you with an update within 24-48 hours (be sure to check your inbox). Only one (1) discount can be applied per order. Our system will automatically apply the better deal if multiple discount codes are entered and the other will not be used. Discount codes cannot be combined with free shipping offers, referral credits, referral codes, or any other discounts.

We, by yue, reserve the right to hold or cancel orders that use more than one discount code.

Please note that we currently cannot accommodate requests for additional packaging alone, as this would result in higher shipping fees.
