Payment Handling

by yue processes all customer payments after an order has been reviewed and confirmed. We do not operate as a traditional retail checkout where items are purchased directly from a shopping cart. Instead, all orders are verified, priced, and approved prior to payment being requested.

Once an order is confirmed, the client is issued a secure payment request or invoice for the agreed amount.

Accepted Payment Methods

We support multiple domestic and international payment options to serve our global client base.

For US-based clients, we accept:

• Zelle
• PayPal
• Venmo
• Stripe (credit and debit cards, ACH where available)

For international clients in China, we accept:

• Alipay
• WeChat Pay

Payments via Alipay or WeChat Pay are in RMB and converted to USD automatically.

These payment methods allow clients to pay in their local currency, while settlement to by yue is completed in U.S. dollars.

Order and Payment Flow

• A client contacts by yue or places an order request.
• Product availability, pricing, and specifications are confirmed.
• A Delivery Location & Import Responsibility Acknowledgement Agreement is signed and noted by the client.
• A payment request or Stripe invoice is issued for the approved amount.
• The client completes payment using their selected method.
• Once payment is received, the order is processed for fulfillment.

This process ensures accuracy, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance for all transactions.

Currency and Settlement

International payments may be made in local currencies. All funds are converted and settled to by yue in U.S. dollars in accordance with financial regulations and payment network requirements.

Refunds and Cancellations

If an order is canceled or adjusted prior to fulfillment, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method, subject to the applicable terms of sale and any non-refundable processing, payment, or administrative fees. Once an order has been fulfilled and delivery has been completed and accepted by the customer, all sales are final and no refunds, cancellations, or returns will be permitted under any circumstances.

Fraud Prevention and Compliance

by yue verifies all orders prior to accepting payment to protect clients and comply with financial and anti-fraud regulations. We reserve the right to request additional verification for high-value or international transactions.
