Order Verification

All orders are reviewed and confirmed prior to any payment request being issued. Product details, condition, specifications, pricing, and delivery location are confirmed in writing before payment. Once confirmed, cancellations or modifications require the prior written approval of by yue and are permitted only before fulfillment begins.

International & Cross-Border Transactions

Due to the complexity, regulatory requirements, and risks associated with international cross-border transactions, all international sales are final once fulfillment has occurred. The Buyer is responsible for inspecting the product immediately upon delivery. Acceptance of delivery constitutes confirmation that the product conforms to the confirmed specifications.

Refunds for international orders are considered only under the following limited circumstances:

• the order is canceled with approval prior to fulfillment; or
• the item received is materially and demonstrably different from the product that was expressly confirmed for purchase prior to shipment.

Refunds are reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 7–14 business days following approval. Any non-refundable transaction fees, payment processing fees, currency conversion fees, shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, or administrative fees may be deducted where permitted by the payment provider. Refunds for Alipay and WeChat Pay transactions are subject to Stripe’s policies and settlement timelines and may require additional processing time.

Returns are not accepted except in exceptional cases where the item received is damaged in transit or does not match the confirmed specifications. All return requests require prior written authorization from by yue and must be supported by clear photographic or video evidence. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all accompanying materials, and remain at the Buyer’s risk unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Domestic Transactions

For domestic transactions within the United States, refunds and returns are not guaranteed and are evaluated strictly on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of by yue. Approval, if granted, may be subject to restocking, administrative, or processing fees and must comply with applicable law.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing payment, the Buyer acknowledges that confirmed order details, delivery acceptance, and this Refund & Return Policy constitute evidence of authorization and fulfillment. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes that contradict these terms may be contested using order confirmations, delivery records, inspection acknowledgements, and courier documentation.

Acknowledgement

By completing payment, the Buyer confirms understanding and acceptance of this policy and agrees that, except as expressly stated herein, all sales are final and non-refundable.
