by yue works exclusively with trusted, internationally recognized courier and logistics partners experienced in handling high-value fine jewelry. All shipments are professionally packaged, insured for their full declared value, and handled in accordance with industry best practices to ensure secure transport, chain of custody, and delivery confirmation.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Domestic orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days following payment confirmation and completion of all required acknowledgements. All U.S. shipments include full-value insurance, tracking, and delivery confirmation. Risk of loss transfers to the Buyer upon confirmed delivery to the designated address.

International Shipping

International orders are processed only after payment verification, completion of the Delivery Location & Import Responsibility Acknowledgement, and preparation of all required export and customs documentation. Delivery timelines vary by destination country, courier, and customs clearance processes, and typically range from 7–21 business days, though delays beyond this timeframe may occur due to regulatory inspections, holidays, or local customs procedures beyond the Seller’s control.

Where requested by the Buyer, by yue may collect applicable import duties, VAT, and taxes upfront and remit them through the courier on the Buyer’s behalf. The Buyer acknowledges that customs authorities retain full discretion over clearance decisions, and shipment delays, inspections, or additional documentation requests do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund once the order has been fulfilled.

Delivery Location & Risk Allocation

Shipments are made only to the delivery location expressly provided and confirmed by the Buyer. by yue will not suggest, request, or redirect shipments to alternative addresses. Upon confirmed delivery to the Buyer’s designated location, all responsibility for the item—including onward transportation, storage, compliance, and import obligations—transfers fully to the Buyer. Any decision by the Buyer to move or export the item to another country after delivery is solely the Buyer’s responsibility.

Documentation & Insurance

by yue provides complete shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, declared values, and insurance certificates, as required for domestic and international shipments. Insurance coverage applies only during transit and concludes upon confirmed delivery.

Order Confirmation & Communication

Clients receive an order confirmation containing shipment details, courier information, tracking numbers, and an estimated delivery window. by yue will promptly communicate any material delays or issues brought to its attention by the courier, though such delays may be outside the Seller’s control.
