  by yue will never suggest, request, or ask the Buyer to ship products to a destination other than the one provided at checkout, and all shipments are arranged strictly according to the delivery address entered by the Buyer. The Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the address is complete, accurate, and compliant with any local import, tax, or customs regulations, and by yue is not liable for any issues arising from an incorrect, incomplete, or non-compliant address. This policy ensures that by yue does not assume any liability for redirection requests or unofficial shipping arrangements, protecting both the Buyer and the Seller in all transactions.

Import Responsibility Acknowledgement | 进口责任确认

• Import Duties, Taxes, & Customs Fees | 进口关税、税费与海关费用
  
  by yue may, at the Buyer’s request, collect applicable import duties, taxes, value-added tax (VAT), and other required customs fees and pay them on the Buyer’s behalf through the courier service. These fees are added on top of the purchase price and collected at the time of payment. If the Buyer chooses to take delivery at a location different from the original shipping address provided at checkout, and the customs rules, fees, or duties differ from those of the original destination, by yue will only collect and pay the fees applicable to the original ship-to location. Any additional import duties, taxes, or fees resulting from relocation are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

Any fees, return shipping, storage costs, or other charges resulting from customs actions after relocation or delivery to a different destination are entirely the responsibility of the Buyer.
